Really good at what they do computer are a good price for what they are and deliveries are good aswell easy to track very happy

Was getting the run around for a build for a gaming pc for my son. (More because I didn't have a clue what I needed and understood the difference between prossors graphic cards and so on). My local PC shop doesn't do gaming PC's and put me in touch with Tech Masters. I gave Joe a message on Facebook and he was very helpful. Wanting to know the specs of the laptop my son was currently using, games he play and the big one was budget (for me anyway). So Joe sent me a message with what he would recommend (to witch met nothing to me) so he took the time explaining ever bit and explained the difference between his recommendations and the laptop. It all started to make sense at last. Other computer builders had quoted me £600 plus for a basic build that will need upgrading as soon as my son's gaming changes. With the build Joe quoted for is hopefully future proof for the next couple of years (finger crossed) and yes the build (with monitor keyboard and mouse) was alot cheaper then the other quotes I had been given. I gave Joe the go ahead for the build at end of business on Thursday. 8.30 Friday morning he ran me and gave me a choice of towers (to witch I was not expecting) at 12.30 that day he then messaged me to say the build was all done and ready for collection. 

So overall I can't recommend Tech Masters high enough and I have one very happy son. Will be going back when the system needs upgrades.

• After seeing their advertisement on Facebook, I asked for some information about a computer the seller was immediately available and quick to respond.
• After answering my questions I bought a complete PC with a monitor, keyboard and mouse at a really cheap price.
• I paid with PayPal, the package was shipped on Monday and arrived today (Wednesday morning at 08.00 am).
• Great customer service, highly recommended seller.

Enquired about a laptop in the current ‘being at home’ situation. Almost forgotten that I had enquired and been placed on a list but contacted when one became available; immediately after it went onto Facebook. Communication was super speedy and really helpful.
